Punishments are official

To me that argument only holds any water if you can prove the cheating worked in the post-season. Considering how loud it gets I doubt the hitters could hear anything. And even still you 'd then have to prove it mattered.

You’d also need to be willing to actually investigate and see if the other team was cheating as well before it would have ANY validity. But we’re not gonna get that either, I suspect.

This whole fucking idiocy assumes
being told what someone else thinks he knows what pitch is coming=a hit. Anyone who believes that apparently never played a second of baseball.

Whoops, didn’t mean to imply that I could get behind vacating the titles. Fixed the wording.

Hang on now. I was told only the Astros did it.

And then maybe the Red Sox.

Stealing signs = winning every game. Keep up.

That’s what the buzzers were for.

Buzzers. Sure.

This is absurd, I couldn’t hit anything buzzed.

How the hell are you supposed to hit with a buzzard on your shoulder?

Hopefully the sea hag isn’t pitching! He hates those birds.

First HR Altuve hits this season, I hope he strips down to his jock between 3rd and home.

I’d be ok with it, but it’s probably for a different reason than yours.

Girardi’s comments on sign stealing are the most even handed you’ll see.

Don’t know if the jomboy stuff is true reaction or just someone jacking with him (suspect the latter).

Fucking A right. How many times have I seen a pitcher tell a hitter what was coming, yet the hitter didn’t touch it. It’s not all about speed either. Mariano Rivera didn’t throw hard, and he only threw one main pitch, and people still couldn’t square him very often. Same with Trevor Hoffman. Typical video game players.

WSJ has an article up today stating that players were given immunity in exchange for testimony. Apparently Luhnow got the MLB memo to not use cameras, and he pocketed it, not informing the players. The players’ union and MLB jointly agreed to not punish players because resolution speed was essential and tracking ex-Astros to their current teams opens up more problems.

This is not a revelation. Manfred made all of this clear when he opened the investigation.

LOL. I’ve seen the Jomboy video from when it happened. That was actually his reaction to the Greinke trade.
