CBA thing. Add a 26th roster spot and I’d bet it’s a done deal.

The DH has already been approved by the players. They’ve been using it in the AL for 50 years. It’s codified in the Official Playing Rules. It only requires NL owners to adopt its use for league play. The players will probably demand it in the new CBA, but there’s nothing preventing the NL from using it now, other than the owners.
