This team is going to (deservedly) miss the playoffs and it’s 100 percent for the best.
Just enjoy how fucking terrible Dusty Baker is and marvel at the fact this team somehow won a World Series with this absolutely stupid fucking cunt at the helm.
What a waste of time and money.
The tendency, apparently a feature of Baby Boomers, to hang around too long. Dusty will be remembered for everything else; not this season. Mike Ditka’s tenure as head coach erased his time in New Orleans which was an inverse of his time in Chicago.
This team is in free fall, and I have gotten to the point of not caring. I want a new manager. Dusty has lots of positive attributes, and he will be deservedly in the HOF, but his stupid lineups have helped to hamstring this team

In response to that accusation let me tell you a story about ol’ 3 Nuts Abernathy, that I played with back in '71. We called him 3 Nuts because there was already a 2 Nuts on the team.
Anyway, the important thing is I had an onion on my belt, which was the style at the time.
