From Starks today in the Athletic:
When Verlander gets back, if Blanco stays in the rotation, the rotation will have 4 pitchers who have started no hitters (Verlander, Framber, Javier, & Blanco). Here is the list STAT inc provided of other rotations who have the same claim:

1996 Mariners— Randy Johnson, Chris Bosio, Terry Mulholland, Bob Milacki
1979 Pirates— Bert Blyleven, John Candelaria, Jim Bibby, Dock Ellis
1975 A’s — Vida Blue, Ken Holtzman, Dick Bosman, Sonny Siebert
