Well, we make a lot of Zins. Hope you enjoyed the hell out of it (especially in these circumstances).
Finally sitting at the bar at SFO waiting to grab the red eye to DC. Rocking up to an Astros win made the ordeal of getting here rather worthwhile.
In Tucson growing up, we had hated dojers games on the AM radio station Mike S/my unloved younger sibling’s and my Dad worked at.
Listening to Vin Scully broadcast was an absolute treat, especially when the Astros were playing the hated dojers in the NL West days.
Road trips back to Austin and San Antonio to see family and trying to get the Astros game on the radio on I-10 in west Texas faintly was always a treat (Oilers games, too).
Very fond memories, listening to games on the radio, indeed.
