Julio Rodriguez made that look easy. Wow.

Shockingly, the fuckstick manager emptying his dugout because of his shame over his shriveled raisins where testicles should be resulted in the pitcher losing his rhythm.

No way Neris can stay after that.

He doesn’t know where it’s going either.

Both HBP in this game scored on HR. And now a 2nd game with 9th inning warnings/tossings and burning of our bullpen. What a mess.

Lightly edited for tonight’s dumpster fire.

7 straight bloops might do it

What a stupid game.

At least they got Pettis off the hook

I hope this doesn’t turn into one of those:

12 hit batters
4 bench clearing incidents
7 players and 4 coaches suspended.

Kind of series.

It would not surprise me if the Astros optioned 1 or 2 pitchers and brought up a rested arm or 2 tomorrow.

Bielak is pitching well and has 4 days rest. He is stretched out so could give multiple innings.

Paredes has been lights out. He threw 12 pitches Sunday but didn’t pitch Saturday or Monday.

He is?

His problem in the past is walking too many guys. He still walks too many guys–13 in 22 IP this year.

I’m not sure that’s lights out.

Thanks

I didn’t look at the numbers in too much detail.

Just saw Bielak with an ERA under 4 which is ok for AAA ( in general I don’t know what the parks are like that he pitched at) and able to pitch 3+ innings per outing

And

Paredes with an ERA under 0.5, whip just above 1 and more than 13 Ks per 9 innings.

I defer to your more detailed results.

I think you were half right, and Neil rarely is serious. Beilak is a AAAA pitcher and is not a solution for anything, imo. Paredes is another story. I read an article about him and his season a couple of weeks ago. Yep, he walks too many still, but like Montero, he has an arm they should not give up on. I hope he gets another chance.

Please, no Bielak.

Denied.
