This team is so bad and so frustrating to watch sometimes. By sometimes, I mean most of this season.
The only reason I was still engaged was to watch Yordan try for the triple crown. I donāt see him getting that, and my patience for this kind of chicken fried shitshow is on the wane.
This has echoes of the Hunsicker to Purpura to Wade era of the teamās history. The parallels arenāt perfect, of course, but I can squint and make them out.
The Angels are 27 games below .500, and we not only are losing a home series to them, they are kicking our ass.
Espada getting fired would be the only happy ending I can cheer before, besides cheering for Yordan to win the Triple Crown.

Some Ranger friends on mine are complaining that after the Rangers won a World Series, they decided they could just suck and fans would still buy the merch and support the mediocre team. I worry Crane is thinking the same.

So let me get this straight. Craneās handpicked, costly acquisition comes in to pitch relief in garbage time while a guy no one has ever heard of was tapped to start yesterday, a game the Astros won, by the way, and is still on the major league roster, signaling that he will start again, soon.
Crane needs to quit firing competent GMs and he needs to sit the fuck down. Maybe go back to discriminating against employees and playing golf.

Imaiās pitched two innings, has allowed one hit, and has two given up earned runs. I donāt know how since Iām not watching, but I suspect two walks and terrible defense had a lot to do with it. Maybe heās started beaning guys. That would actually be a welcome development as far as Iām concerned.
Unpopular opinion with some but I wish he would go apologize to Jeff Luhnow and ask him to come fix his team that he has ruined.
Astros bats clearly in letās just get this loss over mode.
