Well, he finally got there.
I hope he gets to smoke his nine mile long cigarette.
I don’t know how, but I had totally missed John Prine until I saw a blurb about him being sick. Shame on me.
Spent some time getting to know his work over the next few days. Saddened to hear of his passing; longtime followers must have felt like a family member died.
Anybody going thru a tough transition should check out Lake Marie. I’m sure there are dozens of his songs that would help as well.
