It’s real that this loon filed a motion to reconsider what they already decided time and time again, and on his lawsuit on January 9th. What is not real is any possibility of “re-installing” Trump. It’s not a possibility.

This is why frivolous litigation fines and the bureaucratic process of de-barring lawyers are so important. There is an epidemic of judges not wanting to impose such fines out of a misguided attempt to protect the institution of the Bar Association. And very few in the Bar that are willing to go through the painful, bureaucratic work of debarment except in the most egregious cases. The profession must act now or continue to slide into mediocratic irrelevance.
This slippery slope is not new. All the Bar has to do is look at the slope of citizen confidence and trust in government over the last 50 years and recognize all of the parallel warning signs that are at play here.

Is it just me, or does anyone else think that the Fulton Co. grand jury foreperson is actively trying to make it impossible to try Trump? She is creating grounds for appeal every time she opens her trap, and she is opening her trap everywhere all at once.

The entire GJ report and testimony becomes public when the indictments are filed, I believe, so I can’t see how there is anything genuinely prejudicial from her stupid, giggly press appearances.
So they’ll probably lose, because she didn’t name names, but she opened up a rich new vein of delay for them to mine.
I was under the impression that the Prosecutor had to go through an additional grand jury for each individual she chooses to prosecute. So, it will give the eventual prosecution another layer between the loudmouth foreperson.
Also, the foreperson is white, so I’m not sure where the racist charge comes from, unless of course, Trump now identifies as black.
The (black) DA is (obviously!) racist. Please try to keep up with the ranting points.
