As I’ve been wont to say, life is not a dress rehearsal. Damn glad the Hayne was showing well. One of Kara’s favorites.
ETA - Just remembered that I cracked open a ‘20 back in February for her bday. We loved it.

I did decant and let breathe for about 30 minutes while I grilled (4.5 minutes per side, on full blast) and rested the filets. I think that helped.
