Thank you for including Emmet Otter. A cherished memory for sure.
A lot of these are TV, not movie. Charlie Brown is an easy number 1 in the TV category: Christmas Vacation is number 1 in movies.

No love for, Ernest Saves Christmas?
Okay that makes sense because when I saw the trailer I thought âThis is similar to Save the Green Planetâ. Which is a batshit weird movie.
Favorite xmas moviesâŚ
Rudolph
Christmas story
AndâŚthe proposition. Best christmas dinner scene ever.
I also used to watch a comedyâŚâlet it rideâ around new years eve. Think i need to see that soon.
Great lists.
Give me Christmas Story.
Of the ones mentioned so far, Trading Places is the most essential in my household.
Of the ones not mentioned, Bad Santa is the favorite.
I feel like this may change now with a kiddo around.
You donât want the kiddo saying âyou ainât gonna shit right for a weekâ?
My favorite Christmas movie is White Christmas, which I can watch year after year and have. There are two great places created solely in Hollywood that should exist but donât: one is the house on top of Mt. Rushmore in North by Northwest, and the second is the inn fireplace in White Christmas.
Die Hard, certainly high in my list of favorite Christmas movies, is on at River Oaks on December 6.
Probably not any more than âhowâd you like a stump up your ass?â
Itâs funny, if she could talk, thatâs exactly what sheâd have told us when she brought home some awful stomach bug home from day care recently.
Bernie Mack and Billy Bob negotiating is one of my favorite movie moments ever.
"⌠Half "
Canât believe i missed this one. Ive seen it several times, but not in a while. Going to show it to my wifeâs family down under.
Itâs not - this is a Special. (A Christmas Special, to be precise.) Movies and Christmas Specials are all films.
But I suppose the âWhat is your favorite movie?â is not right - What is your Christmas movie or special?
(I have a didactic memory. Names, dates, times, movies, TV shows, books, short stories, documentaries, podcasts, and more - I watch it all. I was a CTO along time ago.)
Trading Places and A Christmas Story are 5 Stars; theyâre on my list!
Ernest Saves Christmas has issues. 3 Stars.
Rudolph and A Christmas Story are 5 Stars. The Proposition is 4 Stars.
Bad Santa is⌠itâs rated R, and itâs a 3 stars.
White Christmas - 5 stars.
Did you mean eidetic memory? Not trying to be didactic.
I had one a few decades agoâŚbut alcohol, drugs, fist fights, age, and the internet have taken a toll.
Why does the Proposition have 4 and not five? Honest question. By my subjective lights it succeeds in every way.
