At the spring training game last night, there was an older gentleman behind me that said he used to be a scout for the Yankees and that he heard Cole was definitely gonna have to have Tommy John’s surgery.
He also said the Astros were crazy for not re-signing Bregman and that he bets he will hit 40 home runs at Fenway this season. I tried to reason with the man that The Crawford boxes are very similar to the green monster and he disagreed.
What do you expect him to say? “The fans here suck, the team sucks, I miss Houston?”

That is much of the clickbait stuff put out now.Pull a quote that isn’t really news and force a take that will drive interactions. I try to not reward their efforts. There is absolutely no news in that article, just forced drama.
I find limiting my news and sports content to places I trust really helps my mental health.

I don’t understand the relevance of what Bregman may do in Boston as to what he has done in Houston.
I can lower several strokes on my golf game when I play easier courses.
