So far Herman has not been what his supporters hoped, and I have never been anything more than a lukewarm supporter because he is my school’s coach. He has matured and grown and curbed his insufferable arrogance, but I am not sure he has become a better football coach. Hating him because he accepted the Texas offer is nuts; every football coach in America would choose UT over UH given a choice.

So sorry about the “of.” I could have said Cougar High.

You might be surprised how many UH fans realize that coaches should pick a school at a power 5 conference.
