I thought the 15-yard penalty still stood even if targeting was overturned? Or is that under a different circumstance?
The good news is they keep getting these calls right. The bad news is they stop and watch video for fifteen minutes every time something happens.
I think if thereās a foul for hitting a defenseless player in addition to targeting it can still stand.
