College football 2024

In the Miami-GT game, the GT runner gets his facemask/helmet/head (and thus body) jerked all the way around (literally). He’s spun (literally all the way around) right into the DL who was just there with no ill intent, but DL completely blows up RB’s head, helmet comes off and all. Thankfully RB was up after a minute, and seemed ok, hope he really is. It was a nasty looking play.

2 personal fouls during the play, after review the DL is ejected by rule even though there was no intent to target, and only 1 foul is enforced for 15 yards.

This might merit a rule change. In my mind, both flags should have been enforced.

That all seems like they made it up as they went.

You can’t enforce 2 penalties that occur during the play. In a situation like this, they should be able to.

Some pretty bad ones.

And bad fan behavior too apparently.

Should’ve thrown more water bottles.

Heck of a pick there.

First time in 4 years that GA has lost to someone other than Alabama? That’s kind of remarkable.

Ole Miss fans storm the field before the game ends. That’s bad behavior.

I doubt any of them are sober enough to read the game clock.

And they probably went to school in Mississippi too, so…

I was saying to my wife that anywhere else you might expect a lot of virginity lost tonight, but …

A couple of favorable calls still result in Tech turning it over on downs.

Nobody’s sister is that slow in Mississippi.

The hitch in the Tech qb’s motion cost them 6.

Oof LSU is washed…

Who is the biggest waste of salary, Brian Kelly or James Franklin?
