Btw Oregon is only really in this because they have an 85 yard punt return TD and a 100 yard kick off return TD
Wait a second, Per the Broadcast: replay officials said he dropped the ball before the goal line, but since it was immediately picked up by a teammate the TD stands. So you can fumble forward into the endzone?
Iāve never heard of anything like that happening before
They are making shit up
Both teams trade punts. Still 34-34, 3.5 minutes left
Well, itās gonna come down to basically an extra point for Oregon to win. He did miss one earlier
Kick is good, Oregon survives. Itās a damn shame. I feel for Boise
Boise State really should have won. I have no idea why they were throwing the ball on their last two drives. They were having tons of success running the ball but on multiple plays they went 5 wide and I donāt think they completed a single pass on any of them. Just weird play calling not even having the threat of running. Not putting the ball in the hands of your best player in a tie game late is just fucking weird.
This made me chuckle, from espn:
Nebraskaās rise back to coherence took a big step forward Saturday with a 28-10 win over Colorado. The outcome was particularly surprising to Buffs coach Deion Sanders, who felt his team dominated in all three phases of the game: TikTok, Instagram and number of players related to Deion.
Freeze has said he decided to focus on stregnthining the team around Thorne. He does have more weapons but the line is still pourous. I am ready for Auburn to move on and go to a young QB. If we are going to lose to teams with less talent, letās atleast build for the future. Since Auburn fired Gus Malzahn and paid him big money to leave - Auburn is 18-22, 8-16 in the SEC. I donāt see that getting better this year.
I felt when they fired Gus that there was a high likelyhood Auburn would be following the path Tenn went through when they fired Phil Fulmer. It took 13 years for them to get back to a coach they were pleased with.
I remember seeing that, but itās not like this is the NFL where you have limited resources due to the cap, you can improve around the QB and improve at QB at the same time
Damn, Jordan Whittington just got his 1st NFL TD taken away by a blatant facemask penalty that probably wouldnāt have made a difference.
Always a highlight of my Mondays during football season
Texas State and ASU all tied up 7-7 after the first quarter. I bet Texas State will have their coach GJ Kinne poached by a power 5 (or 4?) conference team at the end of the year. That guy can coach.
Texas State scores again to go up on ASU 14-7
GJ has Texas State balling
This is a good story:

As a fiercely proud alumnus of The University of Arizona, I will always say my 2 favorite collegiate tackle football teams are the Arizona Wildcats and whoever plays tempe normal school.
Go Bobcats.
