Don’t give me hope like this.
Not even gonna read it.
Move to strike
I’m not going to read it either, but I’m not going to overthink this matchup. The defense has improved, with top notch upside IMO, while the offense will at some point be much better than last year, just hope that point comes sooner than later. Meanwhile, on the Bama side, Young has graduated.
I realize it’s in Tuscaloosa, but whatever, Texas still has the talent to win this game.
Vince Young?
Brice or Bryce, not sure
Edited my previous post to hopefully clarify
Wow, I don’t know the particulars of this situation, but Mack just went scorched earth on the NCAA

eta: here’s the background
The kept talking about this during their game against South Carolina. Sounds as if he kind of got screwed by the NCAA, where they refuse to exercise discretion when enforcing their rules.
Didn’t something happen at that other school? Maybe a coach who left or something? Thought that was what I heard. Sounded like the kid was acting in good faith, not trying to abuse the transfer rules.
Updated my post with more info
I don’t know anything about this situation.
I just want to say I find that statement from Mack Brown refreshing because it sounds like he actually wrote/ dictated it rather than some PR wordsmith.
I was joking
Now picturing Mack in the Tom Cruise role from Tropic Thunder
Somewhere out there on the internets…the ability to create this exists
From what I understand, he was. He signed with a school and then the school canceled football because of COVID, before his freshman season. He transferred to another, and when the coach left, he transferred again. But because it was his second transfer (despite only actually playing at one school) he had to demonstrate extraordinary circumstances to be eligible upon the second transfer. The NCAA decided he did not meet their criteria.
Nor I. I have not read a word all week.
Second
Joe Namath is a goofy old man.
Why is he wearing his belt around his chest?
