But our backup QB looks like he’s played football before.
I liked the defensive I formation.
True, but so did ATM’s offensive line.
I have watched a lot of football, and all of y’all know I am ancient. I have NEVER in my life seen a defensive alignment like that one.
Give somebody a look they have never seen before and they won’t know what to do. That’s the type of shit Belichick used to do
I wonder if anyone has ever seen that alignment before.
The broadcast had a great replay from the end zone behind the offense, was easy to tell the OL had no idea what the hell was going on.
I mean, the easiest one to block is the one that got through.
That was Alfred Collins. I’m waiting for him to explode on the scene, he’s a 5* guy for a reason, wanna see it on the field more often.
Oklahoma didn’t win this game, WVU lost it.
Oklahoma has not looked good. To their credit, I guess, they haven’t managed to actually lose a game yet but they are not the same Oklahoma of the last few years
Texas State is moving into Arkansas’ room.
They don’t even get the basement. They have to sleep in the barn.
Bijan Robinson can play football.
He is hard to bring down. That’s such a good quality in a running back.
He’s the complete package…damn good receiver and blocker as well.
End of the Stanford-Oregon game was fun, Stanford QB runs the 2-minute drill to perfection down 7, gets inside the 5, last play incomplete pass BUT defensive holding gives them an untimed down. TD. Then they get a TD first in OT and the defense holds. Hate to see Nike U go down like that.
14 hours of college football on 3 screens simultaneously completed. What have I learned? Georgia and Alabama are on a completely different level than everyone else. Penn State Iowa and Cincinnati are probably the next tier. Oklahoma is in a tier all by themselves as a team that I still think is good but I don’t trust them at all. Texas and Oklahoma State might have a shot at winning the B12 but still need to see more. Texas A&M might lose 4+ games and I’m just so so broken up about it. Bo Nix is an enigma and I have no idea what to do with him and Auburn, which I guess is the most Auburn thing possible. UCLA probably isn’t very good, LSU isn’t either. Clemson still has no offense and is it possible the ACC doesn’t have a 10 win team? Does an Oregon that only loses to Stanford get a playoff spot over Cincinnati at the end of the year? I guess that could depend on what Ohio State does, if they lose a couple games that takes the shine off Oregons win and the PAC12 has an argument with the ACC for worst P5 conference. And imo there is a sizable gap between the B12 and those 2 when it comes to ranking the P5 in terms of on the field. If the season ended today I’d have Bama Georgia Cincinnati and Penn State as my 4 playoff teams with Iowa right there.

Your day reminds me of Saturdays when I was a kid, and UT was on the road. Usually there was only one game on TV, and the single game rarely was UT. We were still sorta in the radio era, so the TV game was on with the sound muted, Texas was on the radio in the den, and radios in the three bedrooms were tuned to other SWC teams’ games. One kept up with the Conference by going room to room. My mother was a big football fan and was an enthusiastic participant in our pigskin madness. It was no accident my brother and I were HS football players.
