It’s a bit of a row.
After KU blowing a 15 point halftime lead, this KU-UNC game is gong down to the wire.
Fun game
The ruckus involved ripped clothes and blood.
Two highly regarded freshman left in Auburn - neither were starters but play significant minutes - impacts depth and rotation plans.
Everyone knows it wasn’t a “fight” but…
as has been said before, nothing a Bruce Pearl coached team does will surprise me.
btw, for everyone other than Tampa Ty who didn’t get the reference:
I think of that scene every time the word ruckus is used.
Is this UH-AU game ever gonna start?
Correction it was one heralded freshman and one transfer role player who were left behind.
This game is a rock fight.
I’ll take Sampson vs Pearl
Coogs take a 5 point lead at the half. 33-28. Tough game. Great defensive teams.
Tahaad Pettiford is the real deal
War Damn Eagle!
Great game
Was DAS playing?
So here is what I am hearing on the plane scuffle:
In the Vermont game, Miles Kelly (GT transfer) went off for 7 threes. In this video, on shots 3 -7 notice the body language of the player in the lower right hand corner of the court. It get’s worse with each shot.
That player is freshman Jahki Howard who was one of the two who didn’t travel after the fight. There is speculation that his body language had to be the topic of conversation during the team film session. My guess is he was still brooding about it on the plane and someone hit a nerve that cause him to react.
It apparently didn’t cause any distraction for the rest of the team.
Auburn police have reported that since it occured in the air, it is outside their jurisdiction and that appropriate federal authorities have been notified.
Wow, what a dickbag. Dude looked like he was rooting for Vermont those last 4 shots.
Auburn comes back from down 18 in the first half to beat Iowa State at the buzzer. To take down Houston and Iowa State this season is making quite the statement.
Unranked Memphis defeated #2 UConn
Coogs just picked up their 3rd 5 star recruit for next year, now the #1 or 2 class depending on the service.
UConn has lost back to back games. It has been a long time since that happened. Also has to be mentioned it has been by a combined 3 points. They are still a very good team.
Let’s hope one of them can shoot.
