Really enjoying watching him play this year. He always used to annoy me with his ostentatious hair and all that shit, but he’s aged into a quiet master. He knows what he’s doing at the plate and he’s suddenly and refreshingly unshowy. Walking on his own power off the field after getting hit in the face is cool, as is beating out a grounder to the same pitcher a couple days later and then stealing a bag. I wish we could have had him for the 2018 run.
