I would argue that a long drawn out silence is exactly the correct response to that stupid fucking shit.
What an embarrassing fucking choice that was.

Iām hoping he thought being partially in the tunnel was keeping him out of the reach of cameras.
And that the tv crew was unaware of what was transpiring.
Good grief.
Itās one of those things Justin Turner will probably regret but I bet he didnāt expect the broadcast to pickup on it and show the world. Or maybe he did. Either way, fuck the Cubs.
That pregnant pause at the end made me LOL.
And, how weird is it to see Pressley pitching in another uniform?
Oh, heās saying something. You just canāt hear it.
Whitley to Rays? Is this true? And for what in return? (McTaggart on X) https://x.com/brianmctaggart/status/1933584665203323024?s=46&t=G2UA3wFRzGnkjCpf41ehhw
Yes, and cash considerations
These yellow and blue City Connect uniforms for Boston look ridiculous. That is all.
Giants are acquiring Rafael Devers. Interesting move considering the Giants already have Matt Chapman.
What the fucking shit?!?!
Wuuuhhhht TF???
The Red Sox really really bungled Devers with the Bregman signing. Iād be willing to bet he plays 1st without a second thought for the Giants
Devers aināt no team player.
Until now.
I can see why somebody would take this stance. But at the same, they signed Bregman and the reports were that Bregman would be playing 2B. Then halfway through spring training itās āyouāre a DH, we canāt put you in the fieldā then an injury happens at 1B and NOW you want me to play the field. When you sign somebody to play the same position as your face of the franchise, you should probably discuss that with him first, not that you donāt do it anyway but at least give the guy a heads up. The messaging was never clear and he felt like they didnāt actually want him, so he wasnāt going out of his way to help them. Right or wrong, I kinda get it.
At least Boston has a great history of trading franchise players
WOW.
Makes me wonder if Chapmanās injury is significant.
I was at the Yankees v. Red Sox game Saturday night. What an electric atmosphere. I was surprised how many NYY fans were there.
There were way more Devers uniforms on Sox fans than anyone else currently on the team. That leads me to believe if this move doesnāt work out well for the Sox, it will not age well with their fan base.
Iām at the Os/Rays game and Ryan Pepiot pitched 8 innings of 1-run ball with 98 pitches. I was hoping heād get to come out for the 9th to try and close it but, no. Forrest Whitley.
