So I’ve changed things up a bit tonight. For my smoked fashioned I’ve typically been using a combination of Angostura bitters and orange bitters and cinnamon for the smoke. Tonight I swapped out the orange bitters for cherry bitters and am using apple wood for the smoke. I am also trying a new cigar, an E.P. Carrillo La Historia. I’m hoping for great things.
