I don’t know why I never noticed it before, but Bregman doesn’t really have a sprinter’s form.
He is neither quick or fast.

Arms don’t have full range of motion.
Contrast with Altuve who looks like a windmill when he cranks his arms.
He used to run faster.
Especially on defense during the good old days of the shift
