One night when I was somebody at Dell Diamond, I was sitting around after a game drinking beer with Jay Miller, Mike Maddux, Jackie Moore, and Mike Capps. Jackie was telling Billy Martin stories, and I wish I had a tape recorder with me. I do not remember them now, but the stories were hilarious. Needless to say, I had nothing to add to that group’s conversation, but I did listen intently.
