Another loss to a bad team. Frustrating.
And another loss against a fucking horrible team that was totally winnable.
Astros are going to be a fucking Wild Card if they donāt stop sucking ass against shitty teams.
Shit.
STOP PLAYING DOWN TO THE COMPETITION!
I have never seen a team play so good against good teams and so bad against bad teams. Itās just fucking bizarre
They have a lot of games against shitty teams coming up. If they donāt unfuck themselves, they donāt get a wild card.
I donāt understand how a team that is leading its division by only 2.5 games in August is taking crappy teams lightly at this point.
I dunno man. Royals looked great to me.
Seriously.
Also frustratingā¦giving up runs late, and your two best relievers donāt get in the game.
Jake Odorizzi made the Royals look really good, and Ryne Stanekās lack of command and attention to detail when it came to holding on base runners led to another run. McCormickās idiotic base running cost the Astros a run, and Brantley had no business getting picked off from first on a ball that barely got away from Perez.
That is my question. Why Yimi instead of Graveman in a tie game?
Not blaming Yimi; he should have not had to face Perez.
Agreed. Or, at the very least, after Merrifield reached, why not get Graveman hot to face Perez if Lopez kept the inning going?
Graveman has pitched 2 innings in the past 9 days, guess Dustyās worried about overworking him
No clue. Made no sense to me. But few of Dustyās moves do.
Youāre gonna want to keep Graveman fresh for the post season.
The White Sox just did the Astros a favor. Aās lose 5-2.
White Sox are the best team in the AL, especially with Robert and Jiminez back.
And hereās one for Dusty: 3-2 game after 5 and the Tank Commander sent out his 3 best relievers who went 4 innings of 1-hit 1-walk ball and Kād 9
Me too.
There is no excuse for pitching to Perez in that situation. None whatsoever. Itās completely indefensible.
Agreed. Any competent manager would have put him on.
