I think the same gameplan is best. Make Scherzer throw strikes and lots of pitches. Patience but donât miss mistakes.

Geez, Seattle was playing the infield in in the 1st inning with a runner on 3rd and 1 out, and gave up a run because of it. They have since homered to take a 2-1 lead, but that still smacks of a little bit of desperation.
ETA: I posted this in yesterdayâs GZ, then tried to move it here, but the topic overlord wouldnât allow that because the post was âtoo similarâ to a prior post. So Iâm hoping this useless addition makes it dissimilar enough to get by the filter.
