This is the worst team in baseball right now
Does the Astros’ pitching suck too much for their hitting to be this bad? Or, does their hitting suck too much for their pitching to be this bad?
I don’t expect them to keep hitting like this, but this is right about where I think they’ll pitch.
Multiply their pitching thus far over the 162 game season and I’ll be happy.
The bats on the other hand…
Pitching has been good for the most part. Bullpen has been solid. Inconsistent starters.
No hitting.
The Chron may have to break out the old tombstone graphic for Memorial Day.

Something needs to be done to wake the Astros’ offense up, and I would prefer it not wait until Memorial Day. The pitching hasn’t been perfect, but the offense is putting a ton of pressure on them almost every game.
