This inning brought to you by Amber Heard.
Thatâs it for Neris.
Some tough luck, but thatâs still a crappy outing.
Not Nerisâs night.
Youâre just saying that because of social media.
Maton, please us to the 9th quickly.
Juiced for Seager.
I think thatâs the 6th hit allowed by the pen.
Fuck, Jose.
Itâs an all around clusterfuck.
Whew.
Need a pair.
Reach down.
The offense shut down after the 2nd and the pen spit the bit.
Diaz in the on deck circle
Well struck.
But vomit.
Snatching away Yordanâs would-be HR was a pretty big play.
True. That ball was sky high.
Garcia also had the big AB against Stanek.
My brief review of their new park:
Itâs nice.
It looks way better in person inside than on TV. The camera wells are above the 3rd deck. Those angles are unflattering.
It doesnât look as much like MMPUS in person either.
The roof is taller. The row of arches supporting the roof rail (more accurately covering the structural elements) are oriented 90 degrees compared to MM.
There are 2 concourses for the lower bowl: the main one and a lower one for the âfield boxesâ. Helped with lines.
The concessions were nothing fancy but then again we just got hot dogs and peanuts.
Around the stadium thereâs construction and traffic ground to a halt at our lot but we got out quickly and that lot was just $15.
Bottom line: no way Iâd have gone to that game with those temps at the other park. It was 99 degrees at 9PM.
Very true, imo.
