I just don’t understand why you’re throwing a curveball on 3-2 anyway when you’ve gotten a strike a foot outside then a pitch Machado HATED right after that at the top on the outside corner. Throw another one up there a little off the plate and he probably comes out of his shoes and at best pops it up.

Just self inflicted dick-kicking instead.

I don’t know how many times they’ve fucked this call up but they’ve fucked it up twice against the Astros. It was this crew that fucked up the foul ball / hbp call against the Reds a short time ago. It’s incredible how the league allows umpiring crews to be so bad. It doesn’t have to be this way.
