This team will flame out, lose the division, get a Wild Card, get their asses handed to them/get swept and deservedly so.
Abreu and Walker made physical failures.
Altuve made a complete lack of effort. Inexcusable.

I’m putting it on Abreu. You cannot blow that save after the bullpen pitched as well as they did. Especially this late in the season with the division on the line.

There can’t be anyone here that actually thinks this team is going to prosper in the playoffs.
The bullpen has the 3rd worst era in baseball since Hader went down, and is the anti fucking clutch at the plate with any runners on.

Not sure about WC either. Tonight was the type of loss than can kill a season. Alruve half-assing it just isn’t him and he knows it. You could see the look of embarrassment as he sat on the bench after. I hope he apologizes to the team after this L and I hope this lights a fire underneath him for the rest of this season.
