Reminds me of a funny Rickey Henderson story: one year in the 80s, Henderson got hurt, and didn’t win the stolen base title in the AL. Harold Reynolds won it with 60 SBs. Reynolds says Henderson called him and the conversation went like this:

Reynolds: Hello
Henderson: Henderson here (he always referred to himself in the third person)
Reynolds: Hey Rickey, what’s up?
Henderson: 60 stolen bases? Man you ought to be ashamed. Rickey had 60 at the break
