This infantile booing of Altuve is so stupid. @MikeS, your job is to educate every boobird in the stadium on Altuve’s (non)participation in the scandal.

Looks like a delightful place to watch a game!

Jake’s bat dies a 2-RBI hero!

Booing Altuve is the ultimate “tell me you don’t know ball” signal.

@das I’m on it. Telling everyone on the concourse and near our seats that the Astros are living rent free in your mind, which is delightful, but they’re doing so for no good reason whatsoever. I’m hugely popular, btw.

It’s also hotter than Hades in Sacramento tonight.

It was even more improbable/comical from this vantage.

Myers runs into an out at second base attempting to steal. Out by a mile. At least it gives Cam a reset on his at bat.

Lotta run and fade on Costanza’s pitches.

By contrast, JP Sears was not sharp that first inning. Touch wood, he keeps it up.

Goddamit, I was about to call that!!
I stopped to get a beer.
Cam’s BIG bat is going to wake up very soon.

Keep touching that wood!

(This is NOT what I was told as a kid)

Apparently we picked up Jason Alexander off of waivers from the A’s in May.

It’s interesting. You can see Alexander gaining confidence as he has made his way through the first two innings. “Maybe the stuff they’ve been telling me will actually work“.

Don’t start walking batters, dude!

Good thing Jason Alexander isn’t pitching against the Astros this evening. We/They would be fucked.
