That ball Gamel flailed at was comically terrible.
So I watched the replay of the Bregman HBP. It’s clear it’s not a foul ball. I don’t think that’s in question. But they cannot overturn that. Replay can only rule on the HBP. Sure looked to me like it hit him, but even if the pitch was in the dugout, if it’s ruled a foul ball and they can’t confirm a HBP, they have to “confirm” it was a foul ball. There is no option to say no HBP, but not a foul ball either.
