Vlad Jr or Tatis Jr?

Yes.

Not necessarily NEWS, but this is the word:

Canadian HH: Shitfuck single, eh?

Straw had the bonehead play; he also has driven in both runs.

And hustled and made it close on that 2nd out.

Oh well, let’s just hope for the best on Aledmys.

At least we know he has an issue with it…

Looks like tomorrow before we’ll know anything.

Word from Straw:

Seems like if you don’t know, you should slide, though. But I dunno.

Close, but no cigar.

Here’s one fan that supported Straw’s viewpoint.

In looking at the replay it looked to me that the umpire moved to a better position to see the play and in doing so blocked Correa from Straw's view.

The play seems to clearly show that
. Correa was at least partially obscured by being behind the ump as he signaled w/ his LH while holding a bat w/ his RH.
. But it’s hard to tell if Straw was looking for Correa.

He won everything but the last 20 yards.

Still made me some money though.

Yeah, they both ran really well, well ahead of a quality pack. Glad the pick netted you something.

I’m not a sports gambler, but I do like some dice and cards and ponies.

For all of his boneheaded plays, Myles is finally starting to produce. He has his average up to almost .250. The regular playing time may finally be starting to lay off. Let’s see if he can keep it up.

If he was playing GG level defense I’d cut him all kinds of slack at the plate.

Sparks caught this right away and I think suggested that Correa ought to have made himself more visible.

I don’t know if there is a site to confirm this but by the eye test IMHO Straw has also improved his defense over the past few weeks.

Baserunning is still an issue. Maybe he can work with Gary Pettis when he returns to the team? I remember Pettis as a good baserunner.
