Coulda used not giving up a pair in the 9th, but a much needed win
Nobody complained about Dubon, people complained about Dubon hitting leadoff

Final. Astros 5. Braves 4.
My faith waivered in the 1st.
Urquidy was nails after that.
Timely napping by MM.
Ah, a fine distinction without a difference. I could go back and repeat them, but I read with some comprehension. It is amusing to read.
I am glad to salvage one game. Itās better pitching from Neris, it could have been two. Pressly was not exactly lights out today either. I cannot be very critical if one of our late inning guys falters. They are having to pitch two days of every three because the damn starters have a hard time going six.
Atlanta is a very good team which is hot a blazes now, and they are at home. As HH said, pound the Budweiser and be glad we held on for the win.
Apparently that was 32 games in 32 days.
Last day off was Aug 8.
No wonder the pen leaked some oil this week.
Nice to go into an offday at home with a W
I totally agree. They have to be tired, all of them, and they warm up/pitch too much to be sharp all the time.
Theyāll get four off days in the next two weeks. Hopefully they can recharge some.
Happy to take one (nap) for the team
Good job!
Iām just here to help the ballclub. Iāll take it one nap at a time.
No eyelid discomfort today
Iāll just note that I came in and turned on the tv, fell asleep and woke up in the bottom of the 9th. I think we may be onto something.
Sorry guys, it was my entire family that decided to pass on taking in the game today so Stros could finally post a W here in ATL. Sorry, gotta take some credit.
Where was Meyers? Shouldnāt he at least have been in the picture?
Bill pen is struggling but the upcoming days off should help. At least they donāt have to worry what is wrong with Hader.
Agree he didnāt back up well
Smoltz made a good point (which should happen at least by chance as much as he talked) when he said that the more pitchers you use each game, the higher the chance one of them wonāt have their hood stuff that night
