Lou Brock was so good. He was a very nice man. Once when my mom and dad lived in St Louis they were celebrating their anniversary at some Italian restaurant on the Hill. Lou Brock was sitting at the table next to them with his wife and daughter. Upon realizing it was their anniversary he came over to their table and congratulated them, he also briefly sat at their table and bought a round of drinks while asking them questions about their past. A true gentleman.
