My biggest KC A’s memory is seeing an old Satchel Page pitch in a game. I think it had something to do with his pension. He must have been in his 50s.

Mark Kotsay has a thankless task as manager of the A’s. Is he a Bo Porter/Brad Mills type or will he rise above being a manager of a shit team?
