Right. I remember years ago listening to a game. I have no idea the team, manager, etc., but it was a rookie manager paired with a bench coach that had managed plenty and the broadcasters where discussing that having that experience was huge because as a first time manager you can overwhelmed at times and a veteran bench coach can be the guy reminding you to look into the future and keeping you in a continued state of preparation for what may coming.
He learned from Dusty, but he is taking things new a new level of inexplicability.
Easy. Your manager forgets that he is the manager and is waiting for the manager to make a move.
