Well that’s a mistake because leisure suits are amazing. I have a lavender suit that pairs perfectly with my white loafers.

The problem with doing it myself is it doesn’t clean up the edges. That’s my favorite part of going to the barber…the razor shave on the neck and edges. Makes you feel like a million bucks.
I used to work with a guy that had an amazing combover. He was very proud and confident. If you said anything about his hair, he would say, “I’m not trying to fool anybody. It’s just a hairstyle for a guy with limited options.”

That was my paternal grandmother and no one on that side of the family ever had any money really so even if she’d wanted to smoke I doubt they could have afforded it. My dad was adopted so although I always felt affection for her, I knew there was some remove. Through a bunch of weirdness I won’t get into that grandmother was close friends with one of my father’s blood relatives, maybe an aunt, who lived in Ballinger, about a hundred miles away, and I met her and she was great. So I kind of thought, well…
On the other side of my family my maternal grandfather and I were golfing once and he turned to me and asked Did I ever tell you how I quit smoking? I was playing golf and ran out of cigarettes on the front nine and I said how the hell am I going to play the back nine without any cigarettes? I guess I’ll have to quit. He paused for a second. Course, that’s back when I was drinkin’ heavy. I went to the doctor and he asked, Woody, do you ever drink as much as a fifth a day? I said Damn, Doc, sometimes I spill that much!
