Strider just went from unhittable in the first 2 innings to meat in the 3rd.
The Rangers let him go after those 3 batters and an injury and he then nohit them the next season as a Yankee.

I haven’t followed the Braves but I’m a bit surprised that Atlanta has to start Odorizzi in a playoff game. I guess I was wrong thinking they had four better options.
He’d be our 8th choice to start were he still here.
They didn’t. Strider got knocked out in the 3rd inning, a reliever finished it, and he started the 4th down 6-0
And now they’re in the position of starting Morton tomorrow, who has been less than stellar lately.
