How are they going to create awareness of neurospiciness in the work, school, or whatever environment they are talking about, so as to foster peer inclusion and to prevent misunderstandings and resentments between ND folks and the broader community?

The Chairman and CEO of my company, which he founded decades ago and built into a roaring success, retired at the end of 2023. I met him a few times and he was an affable gentlemen of obvious intelligence. He and I bonded over being pilots (him current, me way back in my distant past).

We had a company-wide ātown hallā last week where our CEO announced we didnāt have a good year, and bonuses would be significantly lowered (except for the executives, of course). His advice to us was āget over itā. Yesterday we all received an email about mental health.
The reality of ADHD is that itās not fun. Itās not cute or quirky, or, God forbid, cool. It is a chronic, lifelong neurodevelopmental disorder with no known cure. It wrecks lives.
