Trumpâs order says that everyoneâs gender is fixed as the gender they had âat conceptionâ. At conception, every embryo is female because the enzymes that trigger the development of a y chromosome arenât themselves developed until some weeks into gestation.
This also means that every marriage is a same-sex marriage, everyone is only allowed to use the ladies room, and everyone is only allowed to compete in female sports.

Itâs a complete circle jerk of idiots listening to idiots and slapping each other on the back for how smart they are. In this case, they are trapped by their own rhetoric - that life, and thus gender, beings at conception - into writing nonsense âlawâ that does the exact opposite of what they want.
Por ejemplo: some idiot GOP House member has introduced a bill to change the constitution to allow presidents to serve three terms. Itâs just performative nonsense, but if it was something that could happen, I donât think theyâve thought it through. In more important news, Trump has effectively shut down the NIH. Thatâs $10 billion of medical research that now wonât happen. This isnât speculation based on one of his blithering interviews or an ill-conceived EO, itâs already done.
It also means that information about diseases and such will not be disseminated. So things like the bird flu - which is why no one can buy eggs right now - will not be discussed with the public by the federal government.
This is his plan to avoid the next COVID debacle: make sure no one knows anything except what he tells us.
