8/29/24 KC @ Houston

Bregman ejected.

End of four…no score.

That’s a pretty good comparison. Of course, it’s really easy to learn more than enough of both to feel like you know what you’re doing.

Alex Tosi got his little feelings hurt

And this is much harsher than anything Bregman said on his way out

I’m at the game with my family in the right center field bullpen. Bregman said something to the ump and walked away and then the ump tossed him. It appeared like the first pitch of the at bat was not a strike, but it’s hard to tell from here.

Seemed like a very soft ejection.

The at bat the got Bregman run:

For context…the vertical zone on this is notoriously inaccurate. The horizontal zone is usually pretty close.

So the first pitch is what really had Alex upset. I thought it was really low.

It may have been low. Maybe not. The other two were absolutely strikes.

1-out walk to Garcia. He’ll be on 2B shortly.

You were saying? Yainer with the hose.

Garcia caught stealing…only the second time this season!

Moving right along…halfway, no score

Yainer always has a hose. He rarely has a shot at guys though.

Great pitch to throw on

Yep. High fastball.

Yeah, it’s harder to catch guys stealing with the new rules.

Also our pitchers aren’t exactly experts at holding guys on…or sometimes even paying attention to them
