The forward pass over the Fosbury Flop x1000.
My grandson has never asked me to Fosbury Flop with him.
Hopefully, he never will. That could be awkward.
Lance Reddick, 60.
Well fuck. He was fantastic.
I’m still upset about this.
Under the radar show from Comedy Central: Corporate. Had its moments, but his character was constantly hilarious.
He was great.
Willis Reed
Reed was great. Knee injuries plagued him later in his career which ended too early.
In his prime he was mentioned with Jabbar and Chamberlain defensively. Just couldn’t sustain it with the injuries. Never would have been the offensive player the other two were.
One of the things I enjoyed most about the old NBA was the Wes Unseld rebound and outlet pass, all seemingly in one motion.
In the less-old NBA, Otis Thorpe was a great outlet passer.
Otis Thorpe was a ridiculous physical specimen. I’m not entirely certain he was from this planet.
OT was an unsung hero of that ‘94 Clutch City NBA Championship squad.
Man, I miss the old mustard and ketchup Rockets unis and the franchise actually being worth a shit.
