The 49ers are like the Bucs a few seasons ago. They have the talent, but are just hamstrung by their QB. Get a halfway decent one, and they can win it all.

They traded multiple picks to draft one this year, that’s now much faith they have in Garroppolo.
The Washington Football Team is now the Washington Commanders.
That’s not a bad nickname. Certainly better than “Space Cowboys”. The new uniforms look like ass. But…Nike was involved, so that was to be expected.

I think they look alright. And it’s been my observation, at least with college football teams, that Adidas and Under Armour are responsible for more hideous unis than Nike. Oregon being the notable exception, of course.
