2020 Postseason: Defending American League Champion Houston Astros @ Twins, Game 1

Dusty is a lucky guy. Yay, Framber!

I would have had Pressly in after the first out. Shows what I know, but I cannot believe he left Framber in after two straight singles. Did not save Pressly either since he had to get ready.

1-0 Astros! Win tomorrow, and enjoy the hate raining down.

I thought for sure Pressly would have come in at that point.

I thought he’d come in after the single to Sano. But all’s well that ends well. Not gonna complain about a Postseason win.

Let’s go get 'em tomorrow!

You know a hell of a lot more than most. There are many managerial maneuvers that can backfire throughout a game. Sometime it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

Weird, delightful win. I was following only via you guys after about the fifth inning. Weird and outstanding start to the second season.

Believe me, I am not complaining. I am saying what I would have done. I would not have taken the risks Dusty did.

Same plan tomorrow w Urquidy and Javier w Pressly there as first in line.

They need a plan that gets some early runs. Seriously, this offense needs a jump start for them to advance.

McTaggart: “Baker said the plan was to bring Valdez in after the fifth inning, but with Greinke pushing 80 pitches, they brought him after the fourth. The move was brilliant.”

Framber has been a bona fide pitcher this season.

shock happiness and have to do this all over tomorrow…i love this game

All he lacks is consistency to avoid the walks. He has all the pitches.

It’s crazy he wasn’t signed until he was 22. Quite a find.
