In the NL, I saw where Yadier Molina is not a finalist and he is royally pissed about it. He claims it’s racism against him, and apparently Johnny Bench is behind it.
Even the Pro Bowl is more meaningful than Gold Gloves
I read somewhere that they would be using a statistical based method to determine things this year since play was limited geographically.

Christian Javier is a finalist for AL ROY. Nice to see him on the list but he will likely finish 3rd behind Kyle Lews & Luis Robert.

I have only the vaguest recollection of Rick Hummel. And i certainly didn’t remember the 74 year old writer was a recipient of the Spink Award (13 friggin’ years ago).
