2020 ALCS Game 7, Astros @ Rays, October 17, 2020

Morgan Ensberg is the manager of the Montgomery Biscuits, the Rays’ AA affiliate.

Lowe:

Ball, fouled away, Ball, fouled away, Ball, fouled away, fouled away, strikes out swinging,

Oh I thought there was a 26% chance Yuli would popup to RF. Which would have been preferable.

At least he’s got that team name going for him.

Arozarena:

Swinging strike, Ball, grounds out to short

I guess he’s giving us the ol’ “reverse pigeon”.

Alright. Let’s score some runs.

Does someone else want to do PBP in hopes it changes tonight’s luck? I’m happy to keep doing it, just figured I’d ask.

Good job Blake Taylor.

The Astros offensive bench weakness really shows. There is only one proven major leaguer on the bench, Diaz. Few options when players are in a deep slump.

6 outs. We have 6 outs boys. Don’t get shut out please

F9 earlier tonight might be the only OF fly he’s had.

Seem to remember a popup along the way.

I feel far better with Diaz at the plate over Yuli right now

I’ll do it

Even Straw would have been better than Yuli there. At least he would have struck out or beaten out the double play.

T8:

Reddick grounds out weakly 4-3 on the first pitch

Prob the last Reddick and Springer at bats for the astros. I hate that.

Need some vaunting from the Astros’ offense in a hurry.

Reddick can hardly hit the ball hard enough to ground out.

Let Yuli hit
Let Reddick hit
Pull your catcher
