Leaving Verlander in right now is just such a stupid fucking decision by Dusty. This is awful.
Offense gives you 5 runs, and you gave every one back.

It’s astounding Dusty let him pitch to Realmuto.
They’ve had some massive cuts on his fastball too. But his breaking stuff is just meat currently.

JV’s starting the 5th was never in doubt. Leaving him in once the first two got on was irresponsible. It’s a minor miracle that we got out of that half inning tied.
