Crawfish is a marathon, not a sprint.

I call these “social foods”. Kinda like peanuts at a ballgame.

These were good sized. Small crawfish and small wings are a pain.

Chicken wing omelettes are tedious, and messy. Don’t bring me no Ranch / Bleu Cheese dressing on the side please.

This morning was a slice of leftover pizza. I’ve been subsisting on pizza, wings and beer since Friday. Yes, I am bachelor-ing it this weekend.

Excellent. Please tell me there’s some queso in there somewhere.

Sounds like a good plan for MNF, I’ve got enough leftovers to get me through the day

Getting a jump start on National Taco Day ( which is tomorrow)…fajitas with all the trimmings coming up for lunch. Queso and borracho beans are on the stove as we speak.

Do you know what? I saw that last night and I can’t remember the ingredient that made me quit reading. Let me think about it. It was either the cocoa powder or the soy sauce.

No, but you’ll need some maple syrup handy.

The short of it is the mission has been serving El Paso since the 1950’s. The restaurant they opened in the 90’s (I think) as a way of providing job training/skills to members of the homeless community - and serving good bbq in the process.
